By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us.

We may update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

K Merch provides custom merchandise, printed apparel, accessories, and fulfilment services.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products at any time
• Refuse service or orders at our discretion

All orders are subject to acceptance.

Once an order is placed:

• You will receive an order confirmation
• Production will begin once payment and (where applicable) artwork approval is received

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Stock or production limitations

Due to the nature of custom merchandise:

• Customers are responsible for approving all artwork before production
• K Merch is not responsible for errors once artwork has been approved
• Colours may vary slightly from digital previews to final print
• Custom items are non-refundable unless faulty

We reserve the right to refuse designs that:

• Infringe copyright or trademarks
• Are offensive, illegal, or inappropriate

• All prices are listed in GBP (£)
• Prices may exclude VAT unless stated
• Payment must be made in full before production begins unless agreed otherwise

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

• Production times vary depending on product, quantity, and workload
• Estimated lead times are provided as guidance only
• Delays may occur during busy periods or due to supplier issues

Rush orders may be accepted at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

Non-Custom Products:

• Can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition

Custom Products:

• Non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund.

Customers must ensure they have the right to use any artwork provided.

K Merch is not liable for:

• Copyright infringement
• Trademark violations

By submitting artwork, you confirm you have permission to use it.

Due to the nature of printing and manufacturing:

• Colours may vary slightly
• Garment sizes and fits may differ between brands
• Placement of prints may vary slightly

These are not considered faults.

For live events and tour merchandise:

• Stock quantities must be agreed in advance
• Unsold stock arrangements must be agreed prior to the event

Sales data recorded via POS systems is considered final

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

K Merch shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Delays outside our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable
• Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be chargeable

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Supply chain issues
• Industrial action
• Natural events
• Technical failures

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
